VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ON THE HOA BOARD

North Creek Park HOA Residents:

We are seeking new residents to serve a 1-2 year term on the Homeowners’ Association Board.  The current members have been on the Board for 10 years+ and want to step down and provide opportunities for new ideas/perspectives.

Don’t be afraid that serving on the Board involves a lot of time – this is not a hard job.  The Board currently meets once every two-three months in the evening at a Board member’s house. The frequency of Board meetings is decided by the Board.  A lot of business is conducted through email.  During COVID we met on line via Zoom.  It is totally flexible.

You can make a difference by volunteering. Serving on your community’s HOA board can be a rewarding process that enables you to make a tangible impact on your community.

The current Board is available to shadow new members until they are comfortable in the positions.

It is critical that we find volunteers to serve on the Board or we will have to hire a private management company which would result in an additional cost of $200 – $250 per household on top of the current $112 annual HOA dues.

Please contact our President, Debbie Krenzler at (425) 478-9178 if interested.

p.s.  Board positions are open to residents (not renters) only
