Our annual BBQ will be held this summer, details to follow. We look forward to hosting this event and meeting our new residents. Typically provided are hotdogs, hamburgers, desserts, and cold beverages. Bring a chair and a side dish to share!
About Our Park
The community park is a private park available to all Homeowners. We have made unique installations for kids to enjoy their time at the park.
Common Area Park Rules
Park Hours: Spring/Summer 5:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. Fall/Winter 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
No smoking allowed around the playground equipment
No littering allowed – please put trash in receptacles
All animals (dogs, cats, horses, etc.) must be under tethered control within 5 feet of an adult at all times
Animal owners must clean up after their pets
The consumption of alcohol is prohibited
Illegal drugs, firearms, and fireworks are prohibited
No abusive or foul language will be tolerated
No destruction or defacing of structures, playground equipment, trees, or landscaping is allowed
No motorized vehicles will be allowed in or on the green spaces, landscaping, sidewalks; nor will motorized vehicles be permitted to use the green spaces, landscaping, and/or sidewalks as access to any adjacent property. Vehicles used by landscape and park maintenance personnel in the performance of their duties are the only exception
No ground fires or camping is permitted
No harassment of wildlife is allowed

As homeowners of North Creek Park, we have a great time living in the beautiful neighborhood of Bothell, WA.
To Ours is a family-friendly area with a common area Park and Playground.
Locked Mailboxes
You need to contact the Mill Creek post office to get a copy. The board does not have copies of your keys.
Yes, but please post it on the sides only, with masking or other paint friendly tape, and remove it within a week’s time.
Common Area
Family-friendly activities are allowed, like using the playground equipment, playing soccer, and having a picnic. No fireworks, firearms, fires, or motor vehicles and motor scooters are allowed (maintenance crew excepted), and the common area should not be used after dusk.
Dues
The dues are primarily used to pay for the insurance and maintenance of the common area and cost of running the Homeowners Association.

The HOA Board
The HOA is run by the Officers and Board Members.
We manage the Association Business, collect due, and payments for maintenance and Insurance.
You are welcome to reach out to the Board and offer your assistance. The Board may choose to invite you to their meetings and offer you a position on the Board or some service or leadership opportunities based on your interest and time availability. You may also send in suggestions via our contact form.

Pets
Dogs must be kept on a leash. Please be considerate of neighbors and pickup after your dogs. Report lost pets to Snohomish County Animal Control.
The County rules apply. Pet owners are responsible for controlling the noise levels of their pets, so they are not a disruption to their neighbors. You are encouraged to notify your neighbors of such incidents so they may take appropriate action, but you may also escalate the issue to animal control if necessary.
Vehicles
Yes, our streets are are owned and maintained by Snohomish County-owned, and street parking is permitted as long as the vehicle is not blocking a driveway or is on a street corner or in some other non-parking zone.
